"Recently moved to California from Oregon. I’ve been with State Farm a long time so I contacted Scott’s office and talked to Jayme. In a half hour She had everything taken care of. She actually saved me money in California over the Oregon rate. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and lots of fun. I highly recommend her and Scott Hammond‘s office."

"Boy.. Statefarms not what they used to be. I switch to this specific Statefarm thinking they’d understand rural issues. Of course they assured me they do. They set me up an appointment for a specific time to discuss limits is like a payment amount. I live rurally so I literally have to go sit on the side of a mountain to make calls. The time came and passed. I called them. Was told they’re not available. No apology for my time wasted. Just call back. No thank you. Later they asked for the mileage on my truck. Idk how that’s your business. I sent them a picture of my dash w current mileage. They literally had me drive two hours to get a receipt from Walmart prove myself. A receipt that wouldn’t be hard to fake if I were trying to do that. I just do t get it. I pay through the nose to get this bs service. Might as well go w progressive"

"I have always chosen State Farm Insurance because processing past claims has been fast and hassle free. But this branch in particular, is by far the most outstanding one that I have worked with. "This place puts their priorities before their customers with Scott needing to be number one in life insurance sales. A red flag for me was when I mentioned to him that I lost a family member about a week earlier, his response to me was to get over it. He clearly has no compassion I would look elsewhere for insurance services."
